Today, United States Attorney Jeanine Ferris Pirro announced the criminal charges brought by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia against defendants in multiple cases in connection with the Department of Justice’s 2025 National Health Care Fraud Takedown, an initiative aimed at alleged schemes to defraud Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, and other health care programs that receive federal tax dollars.
