Judge Gives 20-Year-Old Armed Carjacker 19 Years for Spree of Violent Incidents

Javon Roach, 20, of the District of Columbia., was sentenced today in U.S. District Court to 228 months in federal prison for his role in a series of violent armed carjackings and armed robberies that targeted 17 victims, announced U.S. Attorney Jeanine Ferris Pirro.
