Benjamin Hernandez Torres was convicted yesterday of five counts of first-degree sexual abuse and one count of second-degree child sexual abuse, each with aggravating circumstances, announced by U.S. Attorney Jeanine Ferris Pirro and Chief Pamela Smith, of the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD).
