Johnwann Elliott, 31, of Washington, D.C., was sentenced on May 30, 2025, to 21 years in prison for the 2022 murder of Nikia Young, 37, in Southeast Washington, announced U.S. Attorney Jeanine Ferris Pirro and Chief Pamela Smith, of the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD).
